Totara Park Grubbers’ Club this weekend!

We are all on for another track build session on this Saturday 3 March from 1 to 3 pm.

You will be impressed with the progress!

Meet at 1pm at Mclintock St (south) end of the Totara park track (X marks the spot on the satellite shot above). Look for the orange cones marking the spot!

The summer is beginning to wane, so the things are a bit cooler, which helps with the good-for-the-soul work! And ground moisture is up – so anyone not keen to build tracks is welcome to plant some native trees – we have a few, and more on the way soon!!

For those that have them, please bring the WCC tools (grubbers, etc) if you have them. Loppers also good, if you have them, as we have some vines to trim too.

Wellington City Council’s redoubtable and scary-energetic Parks Ranger Matt Robertson  may also join us for a spell.

Questions? Phone Totara Park Whisperer Graeme Sawyer on 027 444 1748 or email on graeme.sawyer007 @gmail.com.
